Best way to Backup your WordPress

As a developer I do care a lot about having nice backups.

I feel save having some Data Base and File backup in my hard drive.

Using WordPress there is an easy way to backup your data base.

1. Install WP-DBManager.
2. Setup an Automatic Scheduling (under the DB Options tab) to your e-mail every day.

Easy, right?

Now lets take a look to the File Backup. There is no plugin to do this but its really simple.

The folder we should backup is the /wp-content wich contains the themes, plugins and uploads.

In my case I do a monthly backup of /wp-content/themes and /wp-content/plugins.
And every X months I do it from /wp-content/uploads.

How do you handle your Backups?
